About The Position

This is a fully remote, work-from-home inside sales role focused on life insurance. The agent works by phone and Zoom with people who have requested information about life insurance; there is no cold calling or travel. The role includes onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and potential year-one earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States; the Alexandria, Virginia area is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one; the company provides guidance through the licensing process.
• Available to work full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
