About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed.
• Ability to work both as a team player and independently with limited instruction.
• Knowledge of office procedures and strong communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Human Resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources organization.
• Assist on assignments from various areas of Human Resources, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, etc.
• Perform administrative or support tasks in functional area.
• Research and resolve employee problems and questions.
• Update and maintain the HRIS systems.
• Respond to outside queries from vendors, and companies verifying employment under the direction of HR management.
• Provide support to employee activities and programs.
• Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit.
• Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
• Compile, review and analyze data.
• Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
• Design processes to enhance work flow.
• Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
