What You'll Be Doing As an HR Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals while supporting a variety of initiatives that impact the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, administration, customer service, or office support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and assist with candidate selection
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support career fairs, recruiting events, and campus hiring initiatives
  • Help create a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes and programs
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and timekeeping administration
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports
  • Update HR systems and ensure accurate employee information
  • Generate HR reports and support compliance initiatives
  • Support employee engagement and training programs
