About The Position
The Hilton Columbus Polaris is currently seeking a motivated, friendly and fun Full Time Human Resources Assistant/Accounts Payables candidate for our 252 room full service AAA Four Diamond hotel located in the vibrant Polaris community. In this role, your passion for people and attention to detail will soar as you assist with day to day operations of the Human Resources department and verify, obtain approvals and pay all invoices from vendors in a timely, accurate manner. This role is evenly split between both job titles. As an associate of the Hilton Columbus/Polaris, you will also be an associate of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's largest and fastest growing hospitality management companies.
Requirements
- Motivated, friendly and fun personality.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to submit to social security verification, criminal background check, and urinalysis drug screening upon offer of employment.
- MVR checks may also be conducted if the position requires the associate to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Verify, obtain approvals and pay all invoices from vendors in a timely, accurate manner.
