About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong verbal communication skills, in person and via radio.
• Ability to work independently and handle routine duties without direct supervision.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• CDL Class B with airbrake and passenger endorsements preferred.
• 1–2 years of transportation experience or experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume Fleet Coordinator duties in their absence.
• Maintain fleet services when needed.
• Conduct periodic checks of fleet equipment and report malfunctions.
• Safely transport students, faculty, staff, and visitors on and off university property while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain professional and positive community relations with students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
