About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as a door staff professional.
• Comfort around dogs, cats, and other pets or animals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including completion of state-accredited training requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.

• Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to everyone encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate front desk administrative logs concerning people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
