About The Position

Titan Security is seeking an experienced Concierge Security Officer for a premier residential high-rise in Chicago’s Loop/River North area. This fast-paced, technology-driven position calls for a mature, polished, dependable, service-oriented professional who can balance excellent customer service with strong security awareness while interacting confidently with residents, guests, vendors, and building management. The role supports a safe and exceptional residential experience for residents and guests.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience as a door staff professional.
Comfort around dogs, cats, and other pets or animals.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including completion of state-accredited training requirements.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.

Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to everyone encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
Maintain clear, accurate front desk administrative logs concerning people and property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
