Requirements

  • Current or previous multifamily property management experience
  • Commitment to apply your very best in a high-energy environment
  • Computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager
  • Previous background as a Leasing Manager looking to take yourself to the next level
  • Experience in financial statements
  • Experience in budget preparation
  • Experience in monthly reporting
  • Understanding of maintenance operations
  • Understanding of landlord tenant law
  • Understanding of fair employment and housing laws
  • Yardi Voyager experience
  • College degree
