Float Employee/Case Manager, PRN
About The Position
FCCBH seeks a dependable individual to provide support to multiple sites as needed. The selected candidate will gain a wide variety of experiences and may cover as a Case Manager or Support Staff member at clinical, crisis, residential, and clubhouse locations. This entry-level position includes on-the-job training and multiple certifications, and is suited to people interested in behavioral health who want to gain broad experience. The employee covers staff absences, often on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. The minimum number of hours cannot be guaranteed; the employer offers flexibility in return. The position is offered as needed. Hiring preference is given to candidates willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation. Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement. A drug test, background check, and driver’s license or state ID are required. The position is open until filled.
