About The Position
A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop business within the Dallas/Fort Worth multifamily construction market. This role focuses on selling specialty construction services and building material solutions to developers, general contractors, and construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience selling construction products, specialty building systems, or construction services into multifamily new construction projects.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- Experience selling building materials, specialty products, or construction services
- Existing relationships with multifamily developers and general contractors preferred
- Strong business development and project sales experience
- Ability to manage a territory and drive new business

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with multifamily developers, general contractors, and project stakeholders

- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
