Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or technical client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within robotics, AI, autonomous systems, and embodied intelligence markets.
• Build relationships with robotics startups, AI research organizations, and technology companies.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and market research to generate qualified opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle from initial outreach, discovery, solution discussion, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Understand customer AI training data challenges and business requirements.
• Work with technical teams to design customized data solutions.
• Communicate the value proposition of robotics data infrastructure and AI training solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem.
• Act as a key customer-facing partner after initial engagement.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collect market feedback and contribute to product strategy.
