About The Position
This position is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the daily operations and financial performance of a multimillion-dollar community asset. The goal is to create an environment for residents that exemplifies California living at its best, while optimizing net operating income and carrying out the objectives of ownership. The Assistant Community Manager is the backbone of the community, working closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
Requirements
- Polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
- Good with people and customer service skills.
- Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
- Commitment to applying your very best in a high-energy environment.
- Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Familiarity with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
- Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Yardi Voyager experience.
- College degree.
