Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience; pizza industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures, maintain the required professional appearance, work with hustle and energy, and be friendly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise employees.
