About The Position

Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate friendly customer service and teamwork, follow company guidelines with integrity, and hold themselves and associates accountable for company goals while treating staff with respect and fairness. The role suits someone who is resourceful and comfortable in a varied, fast-paced environment. The position includes ensuring staff meet production goals, helping achieve sales goals, maintaining a positive store environment, handling payroll and timekeeping, and closing the store. Closing duties include reconciling cash with daily sales reports and securing the facility. Other work includes operating cash registers and providing customer service, receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, and hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.

Requirements

Three or more years of retail experience.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
