Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance principles with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Proven capability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple locations or workgroups.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across assigned ready-mix concrete locations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
- Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop teams by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting growth.
- Partner with sales, dispatch, and plant leadership to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
- Monitor operational metrics and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality, and productivity.

- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan
