About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) provides doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities nationwide. The Area Operations Manager leads staffing, service quality, and client relationships across an assigned district. The role combines evening field leadership with daytime recruiting, administrative responsibilities, and client communication. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and involves regular travel between properties and markets, with possible travel to neighboring areas. Peak operating hours are 6 p.m. to midnight, and evening and weekend availability is essential. Service operates seven days a week. Compensation is a $65,000 annual base salary plus an annual performance-based bonus opportunity of up to $10,000, paid quarterly based on performance. Company-sponsored health insurance is available for the employee and family, and 401(k) matching is available after 12 months.
