About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to develop, implement and monitor account specific strategies and sales tactics to achieve NIW growth objectives.
• Results driven and solutions oriented, with the ability to utilize time effectively.
• Ability to work with remote teams.
• Technical capability using Microsoft Office suite of products including Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point.
• Familiarity with and high level of comfort using remote access tools (VPN) and Salesforce.com and other web-based tools.
• Competent understanding of the mortgage industry and basic GSE requirements for mortgage insurance.
• Ability to interact with and deliver presentations to senior level decision makers, vendors, and clients in a professional manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with lender customers to promote Arch US MI’s products to expand and sell new business.
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with senior level executives and MI decision influencers.
• Develop and demonstrate thorough knowledge of customers’ operations, business models, and challenges.
• Leverage Arch products and services to achieve production objectives and advance customers’ business strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain account plans, goals, and home office summaries in SalesForce.com (SFDC).
• Utilize SFDC for monthly planning, daily call reporting, and account summary highlights.
• Keep current on both national and local industry trends and contribute to the mortgage industry through networking and industry events.
• Represent Arch at client meetings, regional and state conferences, trade shows and other events to promote Arch’s products and broaden exposure within the mortgage industry.
• Support ancillary or adjacent product offerings by Arch Mortgage Global Group.
• If requested, facilitate any quality leads to Arch Insurance.
• Understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and communicate any relevant competitive intel to Arch MI Corporate.
• Articulate to customers the differentiated products and services of Arch US MI.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver superior customer service and response time ensuring “ease of use” and customer loyalty.
