About The Position

Requirements

• 3 or more years running social for a brand, agency, or creator, with results you can point to
• Comfort with a phone, a gimbal, and an editing app
• A real point of view on craft and tone
• Native fluency in how short-form actually works right now, including how quickly it changes
• Comfort in a manufacturing and home services environment
• The ability to find the fun, compelling, entertaining in even the driest of topics
• Organized enough to keep a calendar, a shot list, and a creator pipeline moving at the same time

Responsibilities

• Own LifeSource's social presence end to end: what gets made, when it goes out, and how it performs.
• Shoot and cut own work.
• Build the content calendar.
• Work directly with the creative director on campaign concepts, brand voice, and the larger story being told.
