Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive service department
• Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff

• Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI performance
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and repair order processes
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and retention
• Work closely with parts and sales departments to maximize performance
