Assistant Service Manager
About The Position
Champion Modular, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Service Manager at its manufacturing facility in Liverpool, Pennsylvania. The role assists with supervising and coordinating Service Representatives who handle service orders and customer telephone complaints. The position is classified as exempt. Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and 2–4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements

- Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to address customer and internal concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Monitor service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Recommend corrective services to address customer complaints.
- Answer questions about service.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Issue written and oral instructions for the Service Department.
- Ensure vendor parts and retailer labor are recovered as stipulated in Champion Supplier and Retailer Recovery.
- Review contractor bills and ensure the work is consistent with the amounts charged.
