Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in front-of-house operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• At least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Positive, outgoing, engaged, adaptable, and able to take on challenges.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach others.
• Passion for genuine hospitality and a strong entrepreneurial drive.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a full casual dining or casual-plus environment.
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen.
• Bilingual.
