The Field Sales Representative is a road-first, customer-facing sales role responsible for driving revenue growth by visiting key accounts, upselling products, and taking orders directly in the field. This position is approximately 80% field-based — the Field Sales Rep spends the majority of every work day at customer locations, building face-to-face relationships, presenting new products and promotions, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers are ordering to their full potential. The remaining time is spent coordinating with the inside sales and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer needs are fully met. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly self-motivated, and deeply comfortable in front of customers. They know how to walk into a store, read the buyer, and leave with a bigger order than when they arrived.
