About The Position

Requirements

• Local candidates with current work experience and industry-related contacts.
• 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Microsoft Office and CRM experience.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities.
• Self-motivated and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts.
• Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key oncology practices.
• Develop hospital-based business relationships within the targeted regional territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Identify key influencers and manage pipeline.
• Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets.
• Deliver product presentations to customers.
