About The Position

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Experience in high-volume or retail recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and hiring best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organization, time management, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Deliver a strong candidate experience that fosters engagement starting throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and staffing goals
• Provide insights on labor market trends, candidate quality, and hiring strategies
• Coordinate interviews and support selection and hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with EEO, employment laws, and hiring regulations
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, hires, etc.)
• Manage offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes
• Represent Goodwill at job fairs, hiring events, and community partnerships
• Develop relationships with workforce agencies, nonprofits, and local talent pipelines
• Promote employer brand through outreach and networking
