About The Position
This full-time, direct-hire position recruits caregivers for home health roles, including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The recruiter develops candidate-generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline, screens resumes, conducts phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and schedules interviews for hiring managers. The role involves scheduling a high volume of applicant interviews each week and requires working in the office; it is not remote.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Caregiver recruiting experience.
- Home care recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media recruitment experience.
- Experience attending events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Develop candidate-generation sources to build a pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
