About The Position

The Home Health Recruiter is a full-time, direct-hire position responsible for building a pipeline of caregivers, including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The recruiter screens resumes, conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, schedules interviews for hiring managers, and manages a high volume of applicant interviews each week. This is an in-office position and is not remote.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Caregiver recruiting experience.
• Home care recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate-generation sources to build a pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
