About The Position
The Home Health Recruiter develops candidate-generation sources to build a pipeline of caregivers, including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The role screens resumes, conducts phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, schedules interviews for hiring managers, and coordinates a high volume of applicant interviews each week. This is an in-office position and is not remote.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Caregiver recruiting experience.
- Home care recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media recruitment experience.
- Experience attending events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Develop candidate-generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
