About The Position
The Home Health Recruiter is a full-time, direct-hire position responsible for developing candidate-generation sources and building a pipeline of caregivers, including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The recruiter screens resumes, conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, schedules interviews for hiring managers, and manages a high volume of applicant interviews each week. The role is not remote and requires working in the office.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
- Caregiver recruiting experience.
- Home care recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media recruitment experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Develop candidate-generation sources to build a pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
- Attend events.
