About The Position

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family of brands, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting its North American Sales and Go-To-Market organization. This is a six-month hybrid contract based at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with three days per week onsite. Compensation is $58.00 per hour on a W-2 basis. Conversion to a full-time role may be available for the right candidate. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing through offer acceptance or supporting designated stages in a split recruiting model. The role focuses on proactive direct sourcing, particularly from competitors, and building pipelines of passive candidates through targeted outreach, cold calls, and phone-based relationship building. The recruiter partners with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and commercial fit, and communicates Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates. The position operates in a high-volume, high-velocity environment where meeting deadlines, maintaining pipeline momentum, and executing accurately are important. Workday and Fieldglass are used to manage requisitions and candidate progress, with Slack and GoodTime used to coordinate the interview process.
