About The Position

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family of brands, is partnering with Salesforce to place a contract recruiter supporting its North American Sales and Go-To-Market organization. This is a six-month hybrid engagement based at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with three days per week onsite. Compensation is $58 per hour on a W-2 basis. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing through offer acceptance or supporting specific stages in a split recruiting model. The role focuses on targeted outreach and building pipelines of passive candidates, particularly candidates sourced directly from competitors. Proactive cold outreach, phone-based relationship building, and influencing candidates and senior hiring managers are central to the work. The recruiter will partner with Sales leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and commercial fit, and will explain Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates. The position requires moving requisitions quickly and accurately in a high-volume, high-velocity environment. Workday and Fieldglass are used to manage candidate progress and requisition activity, with Slack and GoodTime used for coordination throughout the interview process. Conversion to a full-time role is available for the right candidate.
