About The Position

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family of brands, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting its North American Sales and Go-To-Market organization. This is a six-month hybrid contract engagement based at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with three days per week onsite. Compensation is $58.00 per hour on a W-2 basis. Conversion to a full-time role may be available for the right candidate. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing through offer acceptance or supporting specific stages in a split recruiting model. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing and outreach, especially to candidates at competitors, and requires strong phone-based relationship building and the ability to influence candidates and senior hiring managers. The recruiter will partner with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and commercial fit, and explain Salesforce's Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates. This is a high-volume, high-velocity environment where pipeline speed, deadline delivery, and precise execution are important. The recruiter will use Workday and Fieldglass to track candidates and requisitions, and coordinate the interview process using Slack and GoodTime. The role is suited to someone with Sales or GTM recruiting experience at a fast-paced technology or SaaS company.
