About The Position

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family of brands, is partnering with Salesforce to place a contract recruiter supporting its North American Sales and Go-To-Market organization. This six-month hybrid contract is based at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with three days per week onsite. Compensation is $58 per hour on a W-2 basis. Conversion to a full-time role may be available for the right candidate. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance. Depending on team structure, the position may own the full recruiting cycle or support specific stages in a split model. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing of passive candidates, particularly from competitors, and requires strong phone-based relationship-building and the ability to influence candidates and senior hiring managers. The recruiter will partner with Sales leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and commercial fit, and communicate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates. The role operates in a high-volume, fast-moving environment where pipeline velocity, execution precision, and meeting deadlines are important. Workday and Fieldglass are used to track candidates and requisitions, with Slack and GoodTime supporting interview coordination.
