About The Position

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians, from sourcing and screening qualified candidates through coordinating interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities. The role develops recruitment strategies, creates job descriptions and marketing materials, builds relationships with residency programs and professional organizations, attends recruitment events, and proactively identifies candidates through databases and outreach.

The position manages candidate tracking and communication, maintains detailed recruitment records, evaluates the effectiveness of advertising resources, monitors recruitment expenses, and coordinates candidate travel, itineraries, and visits to provide a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent.
• Two to four years of recruiting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with computer applications, including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, email, database management, and presentation software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; persistence and persuasiveness.
• Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with physicians and clinic leaders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to develop alternative solutions, compare and analyze data, and prepare clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written reports and other documents.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, self-direction, and adaptability to change.
