About The Position

This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians, from sourcing and screening qualified candidates to coordinating interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities. The Physician Recruiter develops recruitment strategies, creates job descriptions and marketing materials, builds relationships with residency programs and professional organizations, attends recruitment events, and proactively identifies candidates through databases and outreach efforts. The position manages candidate tracking and communication, maintains detailed recruitment records, evaluates advertising resources, monitors recruitment expenses, and coordinates candidate travel, itineraries, and visits to ensure a positive recruitment experience. CarolinaEast Health System provides high-quality, compassionate care across the Coastal Carolina region. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent.
Two to four years of recruiting experience.
Advanced proficiency with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and presentation software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to be persistent and persuasive.
Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with physicians and clinic leaders.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
Ability to develop alternative solutions, compare and analyze data, and prepare clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written documents.
Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks.
Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, self-direction, and adaptability to change.
