Our main office is in Copenhagen, where the company is registered. We have many recruiters working in various languages and from many different destinations. We host training during the week and frequent update meetings. We work on platforms such as Team Tailor, Slack, and Google Drive to ensure our recruiters have all the support they need to succeed in making great hires every month. Job Squad was founded in 2018 with the belief that recruitment needs to be done in a careful and honest way. Candidates are people, not just numbers, and our job is to inspire and create opportunities for them, ensuring they get international experience and a job they like. We work mainly with people aged 18-35, focusing on gap year jobs, first jobs abroad, and some manager positions. As we work with people, we are looking for a person with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
