Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of property management or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RealPage / One Site software
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
  • Ability to meet all state licensure requirements
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to tenants

  • Schedule routine maintenance
  • Manage all property personnel, including landscapers and cleaning crews
  • Market the apartments and townhomes to meet occupancy goals
  • Monitor resident satisfaction
  • Handle tenant concerns and requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate with apartment residents
  • Prepare budgets and implement them
  • Document expenses, receipts, invoices, and warranties
  • Engage with team members, residents, vendors, and the public
  • Provide well-managed apartments and townhomes for tenants
  • Maximize profits for the owner
