More than eighty-five percent of our services are provided in the home, while also offering care in our fully equipped and centrally located clinic for imaging, surgery, and dental procedures. Requirements

  • 2-3+ year(s) of experience in the veterinary field
  • 2+ year(s) of experience as a veterinary/medical receptionist in a multiple-doctor practice
  • Experience using veterinary practice management and/or scheduling systems
  • Superb phone etiquette and text messaging skills
  • A team player, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. with assistance (we bring our equipment with us)
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary assistant/tech experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering office phone calls and text messages
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing schedules for our mobile and in-clinic veterinary teams
  • Reviewing appointment details with clients
  • Educating clients on pricing and procedures
  • Efficiently communicating appointment details to veterinarians and technicians
  • Sending/responding to emails
