Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital content strategy, outdoor recreation, wildlife management, or other related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital advertising or experience creating digital content for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search and display advertising.
• Assist in creating engaging and relevant content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, make informed marketing decisions and report results.
• Utilize current SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies to improve agency web visibility within search and AI systems.
• Support the Game and Fish Strategic plan and content development strategy.
• Drive success with Department campaigns and follow brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with all divisions to develop and deliver campaigns in a timely and effective manner.
• Have a passion for and dedication to conserving wildlife and serving people.
