About The Position

Lucchese is hiring a Specialist, Retention Marketing to execute and support its lifecycle marketing program. The role builds, proofs, schedules, and sends email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, helping encourage client retention. It works with the Growth Marketing team and partners across brand, product, events, retail, creative, and E-commerce. The position is hybrid and based in Lucchese’s Dallas office, with three days per week in the office.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on email and SMS marketing execution experience, including Klaviyo.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined quality assurance process.
Working knowledge of segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and consent.
Comfort with A/B testing and basic reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work precisely to a calendar and written logic.
Clear written communication.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; Lucchese does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Nice To Haves

Klaviyo certification.
Basic HTML and email template skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Build, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo according to the campaign calendar.
Build and maintain lifecycle flows, including welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP flows, and quality-check every send.
Execute segmentation and suppression in accordance with the retention strategy.
Set up, document, and track A/B tests.
Monitor deliverability metrics, including bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribes, and maintain list hygiene.
Produce the weekly lifecycle report.
Support new programs, including client segment migration and the Salesforce, Data 360, and Klaviyo integration.
Work with creative and E-commerce teams on assets, product feeds, and site content.
