About The Position

Requirements

• Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, or luxury residential experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service etiquette
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Comfortable using computers, email, package-management systems, and access-control software
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work assigned weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property needs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BuildingLink or similar property technology is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents
• Provide front desk assistance and resident support
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
• Register visitors and assist with guest access
• Receive, log, organize, and distribute packages
• Monitor the lobby, security cameras, and access-control systems
• Maintain accurate incident reports, shift notes, and daily activity logs
• Conduct property and amenity-area walks as required
• Communicate important information during shift changes
• Assist residents with amenity reservations and general requests
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow property policies, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
