Luxury Concierge - The Mansion at MGM Grand
About The Position
As an Ultra-Luxury Concierge at The Mansion at MGM Grand, you will provide personalized service to VIP hotel, casino, and convention guests by anticipating their needs and creating memorable high-end experiences. You will manage reservations, guest communications, and complex requests across multiple systems, and use expert knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and amenities to provide tailored recommendations. You will act as a liaison between departments and resolve issues promptly, coordinating special arrangements so that guest interactions meet Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5 Diamond standards.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge.
Nice To Haves
- Participation in industry associations, including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA.
- Current notary status.
- Bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with Ultra-Luxury, AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star, and brand service standards.
- Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with check-in, check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest requests.
- Greet arriving guests at the curb, escort them to the lounge, and conduct follow-up calls after arrival.
- Coordinate special requests, celebrations, room setups, and other personalized guest experiences as a liaison between departments.
- Maintain knowledge of dining, entertainment, golf, spas, nightlife, tours, and other Las Vegas attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
- Identify company executives and ensure their guest reservations are accurate and up to date.
