About The Position

The Luxury Concierge at The Mansion at MGM Grand provides exceptional, personalized service to VIP hotel, casino, and convention guests. The role involves anticipating guest needs, creating memorable high-end experiences, managing reservations and communications, and handling complex requests across multiple systems. The concierge maintains expert knowledge of Las Vegas dining, entertainment, amenities, and attractions to deliver tailored recommendations. Acting as a liaison between departments, the concierge promptly resolves issues and coordinates special arrangements to ensure guest interactions meet Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond standards.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of prior relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge.
• Participation in industry associations, including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA.
• Current notary.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in accordance with Ultra-Luxury, AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star, and brand service standards.
• Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with hotel check-in, check-out, concierge services, reservations, and guest requests.
• Greet arriving guests at the curb, escort them to the lounge, and conduct follow-up calls after arrival.
• Coordinate special requests, celebrations, room setups, and personalized guest experiences by acting as a liaison between departments.
• Maintain knowledge of dining, entertainment, golf, spas, nightlife, tours, and other Las Vegas attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
• Identify company executives and ensure their guest reservations are accurate and up to date.
