About The Position

Guardian Service Industries is hiring a part-time experienced concierge floater for a luxury building. The position requires high-end experience and offers a pay rate of $23.08. Shifts may be scheduled across all shifts and seven days of the week. At least one year of concierge experience is required; applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

The concierge provides resident, guest, and vendor assistance and supports the building’s daily operations. Duties vary depending on the role, building, and location. Requirements

• At least one year of concierge experience; relevant experience is required for consideration.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Able to stand for more than six hours.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Flexible in changing environments and schedules.
• Able to meet satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to and from work sites.
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with residents, guests, and vendors; assist with daily requests and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with building management and other staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Log and track concierge and building keys for resident use and move-ins or move-outs.
• Maintain building safety and security, including monitoring security cameras, responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies and concerns, exercising sound judgment, and escalating issues immediately.
• Log and distribute packages and handle external vendor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, complete shift logs to support effective handovers between shifts.
