About The Position

Look Lab Med Spa is a rapidly growing, multi-state medical spa with six locations across four states and more than 50 employees. The company focuses on elevated, natural aesthetic results and a luxury-level patient experience, and promotes from within while developing future leaders. The Patient Concierge is a revenue-driving, experience-defining role and serves as the first and last impression for patients. The position combines hospitality, sales, and clinic operations to create a seamless, personalized experience while supporting clinic performance. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, and evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Drive revenue through rebooking, memberships, and skincare recommendations.
Maximize provider schedules by ensuring patients are booked correctly and consistently.
Create a luxury, personalized patient experience from arrival through checkout.
Guide patient decisions confidently while maintaining warmth and professionalism.
Support clinic flow by anticipating needs, staying ahead, and keeping the day organized.
Follow up with patients and leads to maintain momentum and retention.
Capture photos and videos that align with the brand aesthetic.
Maintain extreme attention to detail in scheduling, invoicing, and patient records.
