About The Position

CircleLink Health is hiring Compact Registered Nurses for a fully remote, performance-based care coaching role. Care Coaches manage a large panel of Medicare patients with chronic conditions, conducting monthly clinical calls intended to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations. The position requires independent, consistent work across multiple practices, workflows, and EHRs, with a strong focus on productivity, accountability, and measurable results. The role is intended as the nurse’s primary professional focus. Compensation is $15 per completed clinical encounter per patient, with earnings increasing with output; very high performers may earn more than $3,000 per month. There is no productivity cap. A $250 orientation bonus is available after successful completion of at least one patient call and is paid with the first scheduled contractor payment, approximately 40 days after the end of the start month. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Sunday. The position is fully remote, and the Care Coach manages their own schedule and workflow.
