About The Position
The Woodhouse Spas – Baybrook is seeking full-time and part-time Spa Concierges for immediate hire. The role is for positive, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and committed to providing an excellent guest experience in a luxury spa environment. Spa Concierges welcome and assist guests, manage appointments and spa scheduling, support sales, and help maintain a tidy, organized spa. They also support the Spa Director and the wider spa team. Woodhouse describes its work as providing customizable treatments and a relaxing atmosphere that support guests’ ongoing well-being. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.
Requirements
- Friendly and welcoming, with a professional demeanor; the role requires constant interaction with guests.
- Be a team player and enthusiastic contributor to guest service.
- Ability to multitask.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones.
- Welcome every guest entering the spa with a smile.
- Confirm appointments daily.
- Schedule appointments using MEEVO software.
- Prepare and finalize sale tickets.
- Educate guests about spa services and retail products.
- Coordinate the spa schedule and ensure proper guest flow.
- Recommend gift cards and retail products to support sales.
- Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience.
- Support the Spa Director and spa team.
- Keep the spa tidy and organized, with attention to detail.
- Attend staff meetings and huddles as required by schedule.
- Follow handbook policies.
