About The Position

Woodhouse Spa - Houston Galleria is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Concierges for its Spa Hospitality team. The role is suited to positive, self-motivated people who are passionate about hospitality and guided by excellence. The Spa Concierge interacts constantly with guests, supports the Spa Director and the spa team, and helps ensure a welcoming, organized, and consistent guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to be a team player and enthusiastic contributor to guest service.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones.
• Welcome each guest who enters the spa.
• Confirm appointments daily.
• Schedule appointments using MEEVO software.
• Prepare and finalize sale tickets.
• Educate guests about spa services and retail products.
• Coordinate the spa schedule and ensure proper guest flow.
• Recommend gift cards and retail products to support sales.
• Help ensure a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Support the Spa Director and the entire spa team.
• Keep the spa organized and tidy, with close attention to detail.
• Abide by handbook policies.
• Attend staff meetings and huddles as required by the schedule.
