About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a full-time Spa Concierge to join its spa team. The role supports the spa’s guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating appointments, maintaining spa areas, and helping with retail sales and inventory. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering courteous, professional service. The position requires schedule flexibility, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, as well as physical mobility to lift, walk, bend, and move objects up to 50 pounds. One year of experience is preferred. Applicants must already be legally permitted to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

• Knowledge of spa coordinator operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical mobility, including lifting, walking, bending, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and facilitate their arrival and departure in the spa.
• Arrange spa appointments while welcoming and accommodating guests.
• Respond to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to support customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness, setups, and spa standards in locker rooms, workout areas, and pool areas.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible, and assist with inquiries about spa services.
• Assist guests with retail merchandise sales and help inventory and stock retail items.
