About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a full-time Spa Concierge to join its spa team. The role supports the spa’s guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating appointments, answering questions about spa services, and helping maintain the spa’s facilities and retail offerings. The position requires a professional, courteous approach, attention to detail, and flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays. One year of experience is preferred. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Physical mobility, including lifting, walking, bending, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of spa coordinator operations.
• Good communication skills.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, accommodate, and facilitate guest arrivals and departures in the spa.
• Arrange spa appointments while welcoming and accommodating guests.
• Respond to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in locker rooms, workout areas, and pool areas.
• Handle guest interactions with a high level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries about spa services.
• Assist guests with retail merchandise sales and help with inventory and stocking.
