About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards.
• Assist guests by providing information as requested.
• Assist housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, the breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Stock public areas with supplies.
• Set up meeting rooms for events.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a courteous, friendly +1 Service Attitude.
• Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests.
